Ecommerce site integrating with PayPal for Payments

We need someone to build a database driven ecommerce website. With about 100-200 products on the website, in different categories. The same project will encompass the web design of the site. The website will need to be able to be updated by me through excel spreadsheet uploads. This upload process should be able to update text, images as well as the products and categories themselves. Ensure graphics are properly placed and compressed. 2) Setup back-end. 3) Intergrate front-end with the back-end with PayPal payment processing. As well as UPS and USPS shipping options. 4) Assure Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator works properly with site. 5) Complete testing of functional website.
