Hello,
I have an educational project that another coder started but the coder seems to have disappeared and I have lost contact with him now. I would like some bids from other coders with a proven track record to finish the project.
Much of the functionality is in the site, but there are several bugs and errors that come up. Additionally there are a few other features still missing.
The brief summary of the site is as following:
A website/online database where students go to practice for any exam with content provided by the cooperative input of numerous other students studying for similar exams, self-regulated to identify good questions, and keep bad questions out of the pool.
In addition, students can share study notes, expand on others’ answer detail and comments/questions are rated on usefulness, etc and prioritized so users don’t spend a lot of time wading through meaningless comments. Comments/questions handled like [url removed, login to view] for example, with stars given for quality of question, difficulty, etc. Users can rate a comment as useful or not useful and they are moved up or down on the list of comments.
Performance is tracked, with access to customizable statistics. Advanced question selection choices are offered to allow for focused studies on subcategories of subjects and answer. Web-based, so people can continue their exam from any computer with web access. Interval options allow paced studying for a future exam, scheduling a pop-up window to appear with a question x times a day/week, etc.
If you are interested and think you can bring this project to completion I will send you the last fixes I had listed for the site. I have placed a deadline of 30 days, however am flexible on the date if it is agreed upon in advance and firm.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
