I am hoping someone out there already has something like this already done that they can simply customize to our needs. I have a decent budget and am willing to pay if it meets all our needs.
Our company has recently started issuing and managing diffrent types of loans. We need some software that can keep track of clients, what intrest rates we issued the loan at, term of the loan, If there is a payment deffered period, if the payment is received or not, if late, bill penalties, etc.
I fully realize this is not enough information are a good enough spec to really "bid" on. But if you have an existing piece of software that sounds like it does something like this, let me know a few details about it and we can go from there.
If I cant find anyone who has anything close enough to this, then I'll relist this with a lot more detail expecting someone to start from scratch.
I was thinking something done in MS Access with a client server methodolgy would do nicely. But this is not required.
FYI: Our companys accounting system is a unix based system called "methods". IF this could tie into that system somehow and keep a running balance that would be REALLY nice. But not required.

## Platform
ON the client side, Windows for sure. I primarily have windows servers (2003), but I am not opposed to a linux server like CENTOS or something.
