Open S. CMS with blog, selling guitarlessons

My website today is [[login to view URL]][1]. I would like to build a site like <[login to view URL]>, or <[login to view URL]>. I run a guitar-school in Norway, and I am going to produce instructional videos and e-books, to be sold on my website. [[login to view URL]][2] could be the ultimate goal, but let's start off whith a light version first. * I would like things like mailloop, ebook pro and a blog, community or forum installed, where people can share files. * I am looking for a long-term relationship whith a programmer that can deliver a finished product, and then add things year after year. * One website in english, and one in norwegian. * Online booking for my offline guitar-school if possible. Alternatively just a shoppingcart selling 30 minutes of time-chunks. * About the CMS sollution: See Deliverables for details. * I need to know which of the above elements you can take care of: CMS, Online Booking, and Webdesign, and which will cost the most and / or delay the process. See Deliverables for details. * I am open to suggestions on splitting up the tasks, whith different delivery-dates (before or after the dead-line I have suggested in the profile). * I have got the idea that Joomla an PostNuke and such are good starting-points, but am open to suggestions. It is important to me though, that I am able to put other programmers on the job, if you should quit. * If it matters; I am so far administrating my customers with <[login to view URL]> CMS. ## Deliverables * Online booking (or shoppingcart selling 30 minutes) for my offline guitar-school. This is probably one of the bigger challanges? Please comment if this is possible in your sollution, and how much it will affect the price and time-limits: I run a guitarschool whith so far 90 students, 6 teachers, an assistant, and me. The teachers are in three different cities. We would like some kind of online callendar whith or whithout the ability for our students to book their individual semester-classes them selves (mostly 30 or 60 minutes each week, for 4 to 15 weeks, whith the same teacher, on the same location). If you can deliver online booking (or callendar): - Can the student pay their lessons online? - Can I limit who gets to book online through for example a code (for my students, opt-ins or such?) It would be nice if my students have the right, before prospects. - Can both individual sessions and group-lessons be booked? - If two students want to share 60 minutes, can it be booked online, and how? * About the CMS sollution you would suggest: - Does it have WYSIWYG editor? - Does it handle documents? - Can one send email to selected groups? Example: Students on tuesdays, whith a spesific teacher. - I need to know which customer-related things i can make reports, statistics or groups from - and if i can create my own groups or fields. - Economics: Can I send invoices and reminders? *web design: I can make the rough ideas on placement, but I need you to program it, and implement different automation on chores.
