I have a very large .pst file (32K messages, 2.3? ? gigs, including attachments.) I originally received these messages at work,? where I used? an Outlook rule to forward them automatically to a Yahoo mail account.
I lost my original Outlook file, but saved the messages received at Yahoo. However, because they had been? forwarded by me, my name shows up in the "From" field for all the messages. I want to restore the .pst? file so the messages appear in Outlook as they did originally. I thus? need a script or program that will put the name of the original sender in the From field of each message.
The original sender is always in the first line of the message. Here are some samples. Note that I need everything else preserved in the message, including the time and date sent, and any attachments.
