Simple multi-user database site

I need you to create a website, that is a simple database / list application with certain input fields, the user uses to answer questions and do some writing. Users sign-up, and everything they write should be strictly private. PayPal is incorporated as payment service. A few other features needed include: Newsletter, e-mail reminder, search and database-export to text-file. **Description:** Sign-up screen: User can choose username and password. Home screen At the home screen, the user can choose to do a few things: Write new entries, 3 types Browse old entries Search (search-box incorporated) Manage account, newsletter and payment options Write new entries The three entry writing forms are just questions and input boxes that saves to the database. There are 3-10 input boxes in the forms. User can choose to add this entry to favorite-list. Browse old entries Here the user can browse old entries, reversed chronologically. They can choose to browse by title or they can see full entries (like a blog). They can also sort by title of each entry. Clicking an entry title brings user to single-item view. Users can check a box and press update to save an entry to favorites. Single entry view *Is just the single entry, also with the option to choose it as favorite and to press edit. Manage account *User can update his her e-mail address *User can choose to unsubscribe for the service. *User can chose to receive an e-mail reminder every day to go to the site. *User can subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletter. *User can download the whole database as text-file. Recover password *From the login screen the user can be redirected to have his/her password e-mailed. Other important notes: *The system should be scalable to take a heavy load of users (10.000+) *The system is very simple, and I expect that only minor details will need correction if the above is followed. *I'm friendly and kind and look forward to cooperate :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform [login to view URL] Would probably be best with PHP og Ruby on Rails.
