I need a user's guide for a linear algebra component of a numerical library written in C#. Something similar to [login to view URL], but not in html and NOT A COPY. It must be an original work. The guide should describe installing and using the library. It should include detailed descriptions (including the algorithms used with equations) and provide code examples. I will provide the library, source code, and current documentation.
Requirements:
1) A Complete user's guide in SciWriter format or LaTex (format to be decided prior to start of work).
2) Guide must be written in English (U.S.).
3) Guide must be free of spelling and grammatical errors.
4) Equations in the guide must be correct.
5) Code examples must be correct.
6) Content of the guide must be agreed upon prior to the start of work.
We will be adding additional components to the library and are looking to develop a long term relationship with the writer selected.

7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
