Web page makeover required

We require an ace web designer to give our boring math website a fresh, vibrant, colorful and attractive look! We'll supply the logo and the basic navigation structure (simple 2-column: nav to the left, content to the right). You supply the look. We need a professional image, nice color schemes, with a calm (almost Zen) theme - important for a 'busy' subject like math. The site is for kids and adults. Each page will contain math lessons (black text on a white background), a page headline plus several H3 subheads, plus an interactive quiz area (form input boxes) plus some built in videos. Pretty simple stuff, but it has to look GOOD! Still interested? Then we want to hear from you. NOTE: Thanks for the interest so far. To clarify: 1) This project is for a web page layout only. All pages will have the same standard look and navigation structure to them. You don't need to build our entire website! 2) No PHP coding is required. Good looking simplicity is our goal. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
