WebSite Conversion, Macromedia to Fusion

I have a Web site templae that I designed with Photoshop and Macromedia DreamWeaver 3. I no longer have time to modify it or maintain it and want it converted into Netobjects Fusion 7.0. I do not want a simple "import" of the Web site into Fusion, I want the site duplicated in Fusion so I can edit it in Fusion. I want the Photoshop elements, like the menus, recreated using the menu function of Fusion. I do not want ANY Photoshop elements to remain except for main photo images. This is very important, so I will repeat myself. Currently any menu item or text that is an image or Photoshop element (Photoshop text) must be recreated using Fusion's menu and text functions. Additionally, I want the title banner of the template I created to be changed to reflect the business name. Logo in banner will stay the same, but text must change to read "Illinois Property Guide" for the business name, with sub-title to be determined. I want one sub page, which will include a banner, side menus, a menu under the banner, NO big photo, and several table elements. This project was "converted" once before by a RAC coder and the job that was done was very sloppy, very bad. I gave coder a good rating because I did not explain what I wanted properly. Web site must include all source files, all code and all modified images and photos b) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement); 3) Site must be made with Fusion 7.0; 4) Site shall include main page as seen at [login to view URL] plus ONE sub-page. a) Sub page will include same header, side menu, no large photo, three small cells. ## Platform The Web site will be installed on typical Red Hat server. Site must NOT include any special requirements or software for proper display, except for on Flash element. Site must be created with Fusion 7.0.
