133382 Flash Banners

Hello, Our site is [login to view URL] - we are looking for creative designers who can design and develop flash banners for our site. Concept:- 1. Leaderboard (728 x 90) Header banner, it should show something about India - highlights of indian culture, banner should show many themes based on [login to view URL] will be shown besides our logo... flash should keep running and showing themes as long as visitor is on the page. it should be scalable, means we should be able to add pictures with out having to redesign flash banner. so pictures should come from a folder, where we can add and delete these pictures. 2. Medium Rectangle (300 x 250) this banner should be able to show our various modules. the following three concepts should be shown in the same flash but in series( like a slide show)... Concept is Jobs - career site, we have a Jobs module, [login to view URL] Concept is online learning site - educational site, we have a online learning module, [login to view URL] concept is real estate, - we are building a real estate module... post any questions, i should be able to answer. thanks TWM
