Hi, thanks for reading on. We have a website at [[login to view URL]][1] that needs to be completed. It is a great start and we would like to complete the work effort into a fantastic tool. Needed. Text and Flash To add: Our streaming video A library: All articles are written Helpful Buyer tools.... some in Flash Helpful Seller tools... some in Flash A menu item to a downpayment grant web site, a credit repair site, a credit report site, a properties for rent site (links?) Some of what they provide is useful and we will provide the necessary information along with the fee to continue with them. Additional functionality needs to be added: A short form mortgage application, several calculators, a rent vs buy analysis tool, (we have these in Excell and Access format. Calculators: How much can I buy? What is my payment? Rent Vs Buy?, Seller's net proceeds, 1031 cost analysis. The library needs to be indexed We also want to add a glossary of terms. Email function: The email needs to be enhanced. If a client receives a property from a predefined search and lookup, the agent asigned to that client needs an email about that property as well as contact information about that buyer. If a client logs in regarding mortgages, an email needs to be sent to the loan officer with all client contact info. A bulk email application is needed to 1) send timely information about product offerings to those applicable clients. 2) send news letters to all past and present clients. 3) add email addresses from an import function 4) with the ability to remove, sort and/ or or classify them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
