Valid CSS/XHTML from a static template (done in flash)

I need someone to slice up an existing template (it's currently just something I've drawn up in flash) and turn it into a valid CSS/XHTML site. I've attached the .swf file and will provide the .fla file to the winning bidder. The only two images that I want taken out of the design is the logo and the magnifying glass; the rest (colors, borders, etc) can be done with css - this is so I can change the colors later on with ease. I'd be happy if you could turn the magnifying glass into a transparent .png, but no big deal if you can't. It'll be helpful if you have flash, as you can open up the .fla to check font sizes / colors.
