web developing

Hi there, i need someone to develop a website that i have designed. you could use word press and buddy press. but i need some customization. you could Imagine it like a WordPress with buddy-press website with a silverlight or flash skin. (i dont know if its easy or not but you could take a look at this: ( [login to view URL]). of course the example here is for desktop but i want something for WordPress and on the net. there is no need to write new plugins. existing WordPress plugins would do what I want. but they just dont look right for me. so all i want is rearranging the items in the page and adding some animations here and there. i will support all the elements from buttons and styles and graphic. i only need you to combine the functionality of WordPress and buddy-press with a new user interface that i have designed. users should be able to upload movies and pictures and documents on the website too. i have seen kaltura plugin can do that. but if you know any better solution you are on your own. i just want it to work:) to wrap it up, its all there . i want someone to assemble things and then use my graphics to redesign the interface.
