Webcam Website Like LiveJasmin.com

Hello I need a webcam framework similar to [login to view URL] or imlive.com. I need it to be easy to use with flexible HTML templates. I want it so I can use it on a number of website with a completely different design (so you cannot tell that they are from the same framework). Brief Specifications: - Users can browse live webcams - Text Chat available on all webcams - models can sign up and create a profile with their details and pictures on. They can then set the price per minuet (in credits) for private webcam chat, Model selects all the categories they want to be placed in (categories added by admin) - All models need approval by admin - once they sign up a list is available in admin area with all the models that have not been approved. - Visitors can sign up as members and buy credits for their account. - Members can go into private chat and use up their credits - models set their own price per minuet for cams - Full control over website from admin area including page editor and ability to replace images. - Mass email facilities so all users can be emailed - Build website into payment provider when chosen Need almost all the facilities that [login to view URL] have on their front - I don't know how their admin or model area works. I need someone who is experienced in PHP, Flash and webcam website. I will design HTML (using DIVS not tables) and you need to make the framework. I need this in 6 weeks. You are allowed to use a pre-existing framework as long as there is no evidence of this once work is finished.
