Database Driven Multi-User Web Sales Dashboard to track affiliate network sales

I look after a an EMEA wide network of affiliate partners that sell software. This system is to support me to track sales of software in EMEA but also for partners to have their own login access to input information about sales opportunities and review their sales data. The system will be a web front end dashboard that takes data from salesforce (Exports) + manual input to show graphically and with map, sales by country and by partner. The dashboard needs to help me track sales by partner/country/vertical sector as well as partner attributes like address, sales people, company profile. The system should be able to show in tables and on map, sales info + partner data (Number of partners by country, ideally maps of each country and region level maps). It is also to help track partner recruitment so should allow for manual data input and have check boxes and notes fields to allow tracking of tasks completed by partner (Have they been trained/do they have any case studies/are they part of our partner programme). It also needs resource pages where I can host marketing literature. It should also allow for export of data from the system by users if they have the rights. Sales Opportunities registered by partners need to be imported into Salesforce so that they create new contacts, new companies as well as the opportunity.
