opencart website edits

we are looking to make some edits to our opencart website. A: We would like to delete the ship to options in the shopping cart. Because we allow group members to order online and then we ship bulk orders to the group coordinator. B: On the shopping cart check out pages, we would like to add two options for a customer to "check" a box that they had read a sentence we would provide to you. Without checking those two boxes, a customer would not be able to finish the checkout process. C: In the admin, to speed up the area we add a product, we would like to delete some of the options/attributes that we never use so we can make it easier for one my other employees to add products. Things like getting rid of the Attributes, Specials tabs and then on tab Data, get rid of some of the options like SKU, Tax Class, etc...
