PayPal Pro Web Interface for our Call Center

We need a web form that will allow our call center to enter orders for customers who call in. We do not want to use the PayPal Virtual Terminal as we want to make the entry form more idiot proof and integrate it with our scripting tool (all web based).
So we have two scenarios for our form: one is a single payment by credit card and the other is installment payments. The form needs to allow the call center agent to select "one payment of $______" or "three monthly installments of $_______"
We will modify the resulting form so that each form is for only one product and we will need to know how to change the price and number of installments (hard coded into the form, not something the agent can change).
We have a PayPal Pro Account and API information will not be provided (for obvious reasons). The form needs to include directions of where to place our API key, etc.
I am sure this is not enough detail, so please ask more.
