SEO for 100's of sites

Need seo work to boost my pages up. Have 100's of sites blog need them index better and list better. I expect the company or person who performs this project to have a high level of experience in SEO and gaining quality links. Please bid only if you are experienced this will be an on going project. Need to get index and list on this google(dot)com, MSN(dot)com, yahoo(dot)com and dmoz(dot)orm, directory(dot)google(dot)com/ pls quote if you fee is monthly or a lump sum? this will take a few months so let me know. also, i need "proof" of what you have done. give me the keyword and your client's site, i'll check on google. I am looking for inbound links using 5- 15 different Keyword Phrases. Below are my requirements. You have read them before but it seems to be good guide lines. ## Deliverables 1. Link must be placed in sites that are related our business. We can Discuss what a related site is via PM. About half should be site realeted and the other half may be page related if it proves difficult. 2. All web sites that place my site's linking information must be on at least Google page rank of 3 or above on its homepage, and the page where my link is placed on has page rank of 1 or above and less than 30 links on that page 3. Must not be from FFA websites 4. No link farms 5. Must be link text that we will provide 6. Absolutely no links from adult content, gambling, pharmacy, indecent, or questionable websites that are not related to business capital. 7. No links from "free" websites (anglefire, geocities, tripod, etc.) 8. Links MUST transfer pagerank in Google. 9. All links must come from html webpages, no php or asp pages accepted. 10. No more than 1 link from any single website 11. No links from forums or discussion boards or blogs. 12. Links must be permanent. 13. The page where my link is placed has no more than 30 outgoing links 14. IPs must have different C blocks, no exceptions 15. Each link email request has to be personalized so that it's not regarded as spamming. 16. You have to provide report for the link building activities 17. Linking sites have to be spider friendly.
