Simple Directory and Site

Need a professional coder with past social network/ directory and content management building background. It would be easier if you already have these templates or can use an open source system that is professional looking. This Directory must be easy to use and professional it will be used for United States Bankers profiles and networking. Main Site should have: 1)Home Page with the entire menu of links to get anywhere on the site 2) Content Management site for self maintenance and monitoring 3)Free Registration/ Sign In area that autoresponds with an opt in for emails in return for free registration and free profile in the directory for 1 year. 4) other links to forum, blog etc that I will send. ual to help me manage the site 5) Areas that allow for, banner ads, news, most popular profiles etc. 6) No video or sound needed 7) not as fancy as myspace or friendster but professional easy to use and create and easy to manage. 8) make sure user page has basic admin and certain features like add friend, invite friend, how many times viewed and who is viewing etc. 9) each profile begins like a resume, allows for profile pic resizes for them if necessary, then lists experience, education, credentials, and has an area for them to type there own info below all of that, will send you more on this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
