Turn my Flash file into Java image

I have a flash file that needs needs to be re-done in JAVA-Script. The flash file is baisically formed of two layers, when this image will be minimized the background layer will hide behind the top layer. Also the background image will change every half an hour to another image which i will be proving.. (48 images in total based on 24 hours devision) this will also be programmed with Java. Each image will be assosiated with an hour in the day.. so image#1 starts at 00:00am, and image#2 starts at 00:30am. this file will be a part of a website, which where the Java will locate the user's time from their computer, and will load the image assosiated with their timing. (so the file will act differently with each user). (please see the Flash file attached and see if you can emplement this into JAVA...I will be providing you with the Photoshop Layers) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
