VBulletin and vbadvance expert wanted

We have decided to get rid of the Joomla platform and go for more of a portal using our existing Vbulletin platform and login and need someone who knows vbulletin and [login to view URL] software portal so we can offer the business directory, gallery for pictures, etc. - portal for travel and information site. we also need a seamless solution for: -auction -classifieds -real estate -trip planner area or page or popup. We also have a flash map which we would like to have integrated to the business directory model where you would see the business, there would also be their map taken from the flash map already (kind of like how google does it, but its not google, its our own map). finally, any ideas to make it even better would be appreciated. Color? Graphics? Layout? Scripts? So, need javascript, java, flash, vbulletin, vbadvanced and styling and themes, PHP or Perl for other items like the auction, classifieds, trip planner, etc., and flash knowledge.
