eBay listing fee calculator

I basically need a form that allows me to enter the price, etc. of my ebay item, and this tells me what the listing fees and final value fees will be. eBay's listing fees are on this website, so you're just going to convert this into a little javascript form-checker that returns the value to a textbox. <[login to view URL]> MORE DETAILS: The information I will input: Quantity Starting price Type of item (Regular, Car, Real Estate, etc.) Options (Bold, 10 day listing, gallery, etc.) Approximate final value The information you will output: The insertion fee The option fees (if any) The final value fee (based on my approximation) Total fees LOOK AND FEEL: Not important aesthetically, but I would prefer quantity to be a drop-down menu with "1" as the default. Type of item should be radio button. Options should be checkboxes. A button that says "Calculate" that adjusts the fees to account for any changes I've made since last time it was calculated. Also, within the javascript, I want a section with all the variables defined so it's easy for me to make changes if/when eBay changes their prices, %, etc. ORIGINALITY: Don't steal somebody else's work. This needs to be original material. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in html and javascript. Compatible with all modern, common browsers. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
