File Sharing/Video streaming script !!! URGENT !!!

I`m starting my post liek that because i need to be very clear: DO NOT BID if you can not do this in no more then maximum 7 days....Do not bid if you don`t have great experience, a portofolio and most important a serious team who can respect a deadline...I`m saying that because if you will not finish the project in maximum 7 days i will CANCEL my project and you will not receive any money. So, now let`s start.... Like i said i need a File Sharing/ Video streaming platform similar whith the old megaupload, with [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] ... Mandatory features that scrips should have: - File Sharing module - Video Sharing/streaming module -FTP Upload -Remote URL Upload -Flash and normal Upload -Multi Servers (for files)...of course website will he hosted on a main server, and files will be hosted on multiple servers....we want to use Nginx, lighthttpd or something similar for file handling on file servers. Info: when a user upload a video he should have a option if he wants the file to be converted in MP4/FLV or the file should be left in his natural format. -Admin should have the option to create different kind of accounts. For example: Free, Register, Premium etc. For each type of account admin should be able to set: different kind of settings like: Max download file size, Max upload file size, File upload slots, Storage space, Delete files after x days if are not visited, Show Ads or not, activate or nor Downloads captcha, Downloads countdown, Next download delay, Max bandwidth last x days, Download speed, Show video embed code and other settings like that, but those are the most important. - Different kind of payment option like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] . -* Very important...Secure the download links so other people can not steal the download links and use for example in their own players or something like that. - Set allowed and not allowed extensions for uploading. - Comment module on each file page and the option to deactivate comments on specified page. -File description option for each file. -Reports in admin panel about File Uploads, File downloads, New users, Used Bandwidth, Payment received etc. - User panel with different kind of information. Something like: My account, My files (with number of downloads and earnings for each file), Reports Page (with number of file downloads and earnings for each day), Premium Page(on this page user has the option to become Premium Account) -Reward module of course so users can receive money for file downloads. Admin should have a option to create different groups of countries and for each group we should be able to set how much money user will get for 1000 downloads or views (video streams). Price per 1000 downloads/views will depend on file size too. So, there should be some groups like that: !!!!This is only an example. We should have the option to set as much groups as we want and to add in each group any country we like!!! Group I: USA, CANADA, GERMANY, JAPAN,UK. Group II: Spain, Italy, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweeden, Swiss. Group III: Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine....So for each group we should be able to set how much money user will receive depending on file size too...for example, for a 0-50MB files we should be able to set a price and for 51-300MB we should be able to set another price and so on.... - Related to this Reward module, like i said above, users should see any time how much money they earned in ""My account" section... Then, when user reach an earning limit, for example 50$, he should be able to request payment. This is the Reward module or PPD (pay per download module) -We want a PPS module too...this mean Pay per Sale module too...so each user should have an affiliate link so they can sell premium accounts and they will receive a % from their sales. - Related to Reward module you need to know that we want to count only file downloads and video streams which are downloaded viewed at least 70%.
