Google Map API Mashup

We need someone to build a google maps mashup using the google maps API. Please only bid on this if you are familiar with the google maps API and have used it before. We have uploaded 3 pages that describe what is needed. The first page shows a small zip code search that when processed goes to page 3, the results page. The second page is similar, but it has an advanced search that includes street address, state, and zip code. It, too, goes to page three when processed. Keep in mind; we do NOT need you to build the site (i.e. the graphics that you will see in the PDFs). All we need is the functionality for the search, written in PHP & JavaScript, utilizing the google API. Your pages can be very basic and will not include any graphics, other than the map graphics, provided by google. This list will change over time, so we want the list to be maintained in a separate XML file that the client can update as needed without needing to go into the code.
