DB product convertor and feed

I am looking for a website that will do the following: will automate database feed from a sullpier website to a client website and feed the products/catagorys automaticly to the customer website. The website will have 3 sides to it: 1. supplier will register and supply his info (so that a customer can know what he is supplying), and will provide the info needed so that this website will be able to convert his DB to other databases (if needed ,what shopping system he is using, and access to his DB direct, and ftp details to the images). 2. customer will do registration and supplie the same info like the supplier. 3. website admin area, WHERE i WILL BE ABLE TO CONTROLL payments and subsriptions and any extra info and managment tools you think I will need (including banner advertising etc.) The idea is that my website will be able to access the suppliers database and offer the customer(seller) to update his webshop/ebay/amazonshop etc. automaticly). The customer(seller) will have full controll on what he whats to sell (1 product from the supplier catalog or the whole catalog or spaciefic catagory's). The website( my website) will do the database info convertion automaticly and feed/push the products with the pictures to my clients website, so that the whole process of products update will be? FULLY automatic. I am aware that there are allot of platfoms people are using to sell and manage thier products, most work with mysql databases, but in total most databases will export a csv file and most databases will import a csv file. What I need is for my website to do the conversion and feed of the converted file to my client website automaticly. The platform/website will need to support all major and mid size cart, including oscommerce,zen cat, cre-loaded and all the other carts, and also support carts working with asp and the major selling platforms allready in the market like ebayshop, amazon shop/[login to view URL] etc. I belive that total time for production of such platform is around 2 full weeks work for a programer/designer. Please bid with sence as I am a web developer my self and know what is a normal bid and what is extensive price. All the coding will need to be to industry standart and with comments.
