property website rebuild -implementation

we are looking for a vendor to help us rebuild our property websites. This process will take a few iterations, for the current(1st) iteration are very basic: 1. ads posting, 2. ads listing, 3 viewing ads, 4 payment (paypal), 5. user profile, 6, listing management. backend: 1. user management, ads management, payment/transaction management what we provide: we will provide a set of mockup(PSD file), database structure, all requirements As a start, we are now looking for a vendor to build html as first milestone [login to view URL] set of front end html with non-business javascript (based on the mockup). total is about 10 page pages. (backend is not required) upon successful deliver of the html, we will ask the vendor to continue to implement the application, 1. the implementation will be in PHP + MYSQL with PayPal payment gateway 2. this project will have a few iterations and only consider long-term and full time team 3. candidate must have strong frontend skills and sound experiences in css/html/jquery/javascript 4. only team with proven record are welcome. attached is the requirements for the html, most function also can be identified with the attachement, Interested candidate, pls msg with the following info: 1. estimation for html implementation 2. development methodology 3.
