Site tree like order form

We are selling "website spellcheck service" to the customers. Need an app, to order our service. 1. The customer enters his website address into a form. 2. Our crawler makes a site map (we have our own crawler) 3. The sitemap should look like a nice site-tree, opening each level by clicking on it. Customer can mark the check-boxes, which pages he wants to be spellchecked. (screenshot attached) 4. The calculated price instantly appears on the screen. (ie if one page is 2$, so 15 pages will make 30$) 5. The marked check-boxes make a list of url-s. This list is saved in a txt file. 6. Customer registers. 7.
