Web Poll Widget Script

Dear programmers, We would like you to develop a poll widget that people can use on their web site to perform a simple one question survey. The widget must be skinnable by changing image file(s) and/or css. The widget must store the collected data (TXT-file). With this TXT-file the user can configure the poll. Users of the poll must be able to see the results of the poll after they submit their own vote. This data must be shown in (a) Flash (way).
