I need an exact clone of either YouTube ([login to view URL]) or Dailymotion ([login to view URL]). I don't need it installed and I don't need a special design, It must have the Admin Panel, it must have the Upload feature, it must convert to FLV files and take screenshots on the fly, and it must have the Back end or Administration Panel, Please don't bid if you haven't already done such a Clone, I need someone who has it ready and can deliver quickly. I will pay Via Paypal or we can do escrow if you prefer, doesn't matter to me, I am a very serious webmaster. I will also need help with this script about 1 month from now, I will be willing to hire the same person again for many more projects if all goes well.
