180200 Joomla custom database

Overview Requires: Joomla, PHP, MySQL, Google Safe Surfing API, PayPal What is required is a Directory database using PHP and MySQL and integrated into Joomla. It will use a standard Joomla template. If possible, it will be designed to allow for a multi-lingual options so that field names etc, can be change dynamically depending on the users language preference. Please confirm if you can offer this facility (you don't need to do the translation). Joomla will be used to handle the member signup process. The Directory will be a paid annual subscription service which allows members to create one or more records which they can later list and edit. Members will be limited to how many entries they can create depending how much they have paid. There will be up to 5 levels each with a maximum number of entries and associated payment. There needs to be an upgrade facility so that the user can extend their subscription (by up to 5 years) or upgrade their subscription level at any time. To this end, the system will need to maintain payment amounts / dates and subscription end date. There will be around six user-editable fields. One of these fields will be a URL. The system will do the following checks on the URL and let the member know the results: a) that the url is valid (it points to a live site) b) that the site is safe to access (via the Google Safe Surfing API). Subscription Renewal: The system will need to handle at least two subscription renewal reminders – 30 days and 7 days before expiration – and an expiry notice. Admin interface: Suitable admin forms to - enter the reminder/ expiry notice text. - Set the number of entries allowed and payment levels. - an option to run the Google API check and the 'url valid' check on the database as a cron job. - list/edit/ delete / export the payment information.
