Very Simple Joomla Events Component and Small Module

I require a very simple Joomla Events Component. Admin will include... You add The Title. The Start Date (Calendar) and Time(drop down), The End Date (Calendar) and Time(drop down) The Description (free text) and Then an image upload (maximum size 5MB, this will need to be reduced in size through php). The event will automatically unpublish when the start time is reached but the publishing date can be changed. Front End will consist of a Events Page. From the front end it will display the date and the start and finish time. If the event starts and finishes on the same day it will only display the one date. There will also be a 'Next Event' Module. This wil be very small with thunmbnail and title and date. When you click on it it will take you to the individual event page. This must be 2.5 and 3.0 compatible. Looking forward to receiving your bids.
