Fix problem with CSV Parser

Hey, I have a computer website, and I have had a programmer write a script for me which takes my suppliers CSV file with all their custom computer packages, and then imports it into my OsCommerce site using attributes. Now, there is a small problem with it. Basically, it only does the Computer kits in the site, and doesnt do things such as DVR Kits, Gameforce Series, Mini PCs, etc. The CSV file is actually derived from an Excel Spreadsheet that my suppliers give me (I opened the spreadsheet and saved it to CSV so that my linux server could use it). I need someone to just fix up the problem with it so that it works for ALL of the kits in the CSV (not just ones marked as "Computers"). This could be quite an easy fix. I just dont know how to do it, so I do not know the complexity of it (wouldn't imagine its hard though). I have attached the Excel Spreadsheet, the CSV file that the Excel spreadsheet was exported as, and the current version of the CSV parser file in PHP that needs to be fixed. NOTE: YOu will need to also just test it to make sure the script is working as expected (i.e. make sure it deletes products that don't exist in that list anymore, or updates them if there has been changes). Any help is appreciated. NOTE: The script that I send you cannot be used by you or anyone else whether you win the bid or not. If you win the bid, you will make the changes and then send it back to me, but you cannot use that script for any other thing at all. I own the copyright for the script and it is important that it is not given to anyone else.
