Hello! Some time ago I wrote a set of applications in C++ that can get text, images and other media from the website. The applicatinon can be configured by xml configuration file to extract data from the page. The configuration is very flexible and can be adjusted with anyone having some knowledge on css selectors, perl regular expressions and json. The application runs on Windows and saves data to MySQL database and files to file system. It is command line but UI can be created if needed. It uses some open source GPL licensed libraries but can be switched to other if there are license issues. Maybe I could switch to another DB provider or port to another platform if needed.
