Debut and fix a cakephp web example portal

I have a web based example portal developed with Cakephp frame work, but it is not working as plan since the "Create test" menu is not working well, the create "new question" menu is not registering any question option on site database, the student can hard not take exams from their dashboard, and also the duration for each test is per student and subject is not working two. the banner ad section do not register a link for each banner uploaded and lastly exams questions do not pop up according to the level of the student instead all question pop up for student in all class level.
