159530 MySQL / PHP Business Sales Log

We are working on a project for a client who owns a local auto window tinting business in Florida. This client is opening a second shop and wants a program that backed by a database storing all client information. Below you will see the basic process the client wants to happen. Step 1 - The customer will use the shop computer to view the website (created by my company) to choose how they want the job to be done. Step 2 - The customer will use a form on the website to sign up for the job being done. This information will be then stored in to the database and emailed to the owner at the same time. After the client clicks submit the ONLY thing they will see is a standard "thank you" page. My company will also create the "thank you" page to go along with the new website we are building for our client. Step 3 - The program must calculate ALL daily sales and email a total amount of money earned each day to the store owner. Also, we would like the program to calculate ALL weekly sales and email this information to the store owner once a week at a set time on Sundays for the prior 7 days. Based on our experience this should be a fairly simple job that we're hoping can be completed within 72 hours, so that we can impliment this to our client's new website to release for local public promotion by Monday.
