Products Database with Price Crawler

Project Description: Please bid ONLY if you understand the project. I need someone to create products database preferably with the desktop & web interface (I am thinking Access with SharePoint would be easy, but if you think using MySQL/SQL Server that would be fine as well). It will also have the ability to compare prices from other website (web crawler/scrapper). I will use this database to create PDF price list. There are 2 parts in this project. The first task is to create product database to generate pricelist in PDF. The pricelist produced is our price list, not other store price list. The second part of this project, is the ability to do price comparison with other online store (for internal use), thus we can ensure our price remain competitive. Create products pricelist database, with the following requirement: + Accessible by multi user with different user level permission + Generate price list in PDF format (A4 page layout) - create different price list for each price group (with different template layout) - can select which category / sub-category / products to include in pricelist for each price bracket - can select the order of the category being displayed + The price comparison function will crawl both ‘price comparison website’ and other online store website. This is really important, we need someone who understand how to crawl and extract the data from other website for price comparison. It will compare our price against other store prices. The budget for this project would depend on the language/interface of this program (web based or desktop based program). We would prefer .NET for user interface (easier data entry), using MySQL or MS SQL Server for products database part and PHP for crawling the price.
