Develope a business directory

I'd like to develope a business directory to run in www.sjbid.com. This will be done in php/mysql. This will be build as module and use separate database from sjbid.com. Will install this mod at [login to view URL] This module will be a clone of [login to view URL] but less features. I'm only need all search and listing features plus map. I don't need the rest on [login to view URL] footer and header. The search box will be at top of [login to view URL] where the 2 dummy banners are. Search results will be displayed in middle of screen or main page. Related bussiness drectory search result will be displayed on left or right bar. You need to do test search on [login to view URL] to get idea of what I want. I need to add an adsense box in auction detail page. It will be a horizontal rectangular box. Below is a brief descriptions, but I would like to get as close to [login to view URL] as possible. [login to view URL] functionality: 1.1. Standard: Search conditions: Business category Known name City ZIP or Area Code State/District if exists As alternative : search by key words, separated by semicolon or something else - this is suitable if user doesn't know exactly where to search (it is additional if accepted) 1.2. Save in "favorities" for next searches to save time This will be accessible as recent searches. If desired, search conditions can be saved in user profile in database, so it will be possible to not use cookies, which are not allways accessible (disabled or cleaned out form the machine). 1.3. Links to mostly polupar search results(10) by category (this will add to search condition key-words restriction by category selected) 1.4. Same kind of links only restricted by area code 1.7.
