We need a script that retrieve the data of the Wiktionary Api ([login to view URL]) and show the result in pure html format. It's a dictionary system. User inputs a word, and the script use the API to get the mean. The API serves the result in wiki format. So, the script needs to get the mean and convert it to xhtml. The script saves the html result on a local database, that must be updated at a given time. For example, if the requested word already exists in the database and the last update is less than 30 days, the system returns the contents of the database. If the word does not exist in the database, or update is greater than 30 days, the system gets the meaning using the API and saves to the database. The script can be done using PHP, Perl or Java, preferably PHP or Perl. If you can also provide a clean layout for the dictionary, you will be welcome. Otherwise, the most important is the script.
