Members page required with additional functionalities(repost)(repost)

Hello, I need the following functionalities : -Members page (ex: [login to view URL]) -Members page must be Indexed my search engine -All of the components / most of the components on the members page should depict drag and drop functionality. -members should be able to upload Images to their members page. -members should be able to upload videos to their members page. -members should be able to upload text to their members page. -members should be able to upload links to their members page. -members should be able to take picutre / video of themselves via their web cam and upload It to their page. -members should be able to put their profile picture -normal people should be able to talk to members via a chat client on the members page. -members should be able to add text to an aboutus section? -Visitors should be able to add text messages (comments) to the members page. -The homepage should have a small login box for members to log in. -The members page should be Indexed by search engines without any glitch. -There should not be any cms used for the development of the website -The website should have a mobile site (at least minimum things like uploading text's should be perfomed via the mobile site) I do have the chat as well as the drag and drop Interface source code If you so need It. The source code of the project must be provided to me The source code should be 100% unique and should not be used again. I have the design ready, now I just need you to Implement the code and make the website work. Again, you do not need to design to website, you just need to make It work. Example : I'll let you know where you need to place the comments section, I let you know where to keep the photos / video thumbnails. you don't need to design the blog you just need to make It function.
