this is a serious bid.. i have a project from one of my clients.. he wants to do soemthing SIMILIAR to not exactly like m y s p a c e .com i will provide all of the desinging .. i want the web site to be similiar to m y s p a c e but we will be adding additional features... for now i just want you to stduy m y s p a c [login to view URL] and tell me how much it would cost to do something similiar to it. once we start the project we will be adding more features and changing things around but for this bid i just want the programming project.. something similiar to m y s p a c e , the design will be completely different... i will do design myself.. Please go through every aspect of it. I DO NOT WANT TO BE MISQUOTED> answer the following question. 1. how long will this project take? 2. what is the best price you can give (whoever has the lowest price wins.. ) 3. why do you think you can do this project have you done something similiar before? 4. what are some url to some similiar web sites that you have done?
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
