Backoffice web based programmer

1) Using the application CMRL ([login to view URL]) net framework, create a web interface for businesses and organizations to utilize to send bulk SMS messages to their opt in clients 2) When? cell phone/smartphone? users opt-in they will have a choice that will be text 1 to opt-in in,? 2) to? sign up for surveys and polls,? 3 to enter contests or? 4 to do all of the above.
