Classic ASP and/or PHP very proficient coder is needed...(repost)

PLEASE DO NOT PUT A BID TILL WE AGREE THAT YOU CAN DO THE WORK. PROVIDE A COMMENT ONLY. THANK YOU. -- I have a lot of work for classic ASP and/or PHP. I need an independent contractor coder in classic asp and/or PHP language. The coder will be assigned starting number of hours per week and I will change or increase the number of hours if necessary as and if more work is assigned. For each week, there will be set amount of work to be done within time allocated. If not done as I require it, I will terminate this agreement and will not assign more work to the coder. If the coder works fast more work will be provided. This is a week by week work, and renewable only if the coder is working to my satisfaction. -- The following qualities are needed for this work: The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes. 3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. 7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis. 8) Work if needed full time. 9) Have some acceptable web design skills (i am not looking for web designer, but some acceptable work is needed here). 10) All the code designed needs to be fully commented and indented and clear. The coder needs to be very proficient in classic ASP and/or PHP. I have a lot of work and once I chose the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS POST WITH: 1) Very brief information about your classic ASP skills or PHP skills. Very brief examples of previous work. 2) Response in point form to each point outlined as above. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Windows IIS server, apache server, PHP any version, access db (odbc), no additional dlls, components or server requirements. Shared windows hosting. A ll versions of PHP from 4 and up. All databases for now to use access db ODBC, as my PHP is running on IIS, unless I mention otherwise in the post.
