Membership Website with Pay Feature and Job Search

Serious responses only. Please respond in detail. I only want to work directly with a skilled programmer, no web marketing companies. I need a website built that has a strong database backend. This site will be built for three main visitors: free and two paid. VISITOR 1 Applicant: This site visitor will need the ability to do the following: create a personal profile based on a series of questions, upload a file that can be downloaded from their profile, and browse a list of jobs with filter capability (location, industry, keyword, etc) upon completion of profile. I haven't decided if they should be able to browse jobs first or only browse after the profile is complete. Once profile is complete notification must be sent to end client email. VISITOR 2 Employer: This site visitor will need the ability to do the following: create a business profile based on a series of questions, upload a logo or photo that can be displayed on their profile, and browse a list of applicants (visitor 1) with filter capability (location, specialty, education, keyword, etc) upon membership payment and completion of profile. Similar to monster dot com. This visitor will be able to browse applicants but will not be allowed to view their personal contact information until they create a profile and purchase a membership. Once profile is complete notification must be sent to end client email. VISITOR 3 Sponsor: This site visitor will need the ability to do the following: create a business profile based on a series of questions, upload a logo or photo that can be displayed on their profile, and browse a list of applicants (visitor 1) with filter capability (location, education, keyword, etc) upon sponsor membership payment and completion of profile. Similar to monster dot com. This visitor will be able to browse applicants but will not be allowed to view their personal contact information until they create a profile and purchase a sponsor level. Once profile is complete notification must be sent to end client email. This visitor will also need to be able to see an online calendar. I will create all graphic design work that is needed. I only need someone to build around and with the designs. There will be general pages to the website that I can create or you can create ie., home page, contact page, about us, policies, etc). The end client needs to be able to make general text edits on these general pages as well. Each of the three site visitors will have their own entry way (home page) into the website that is designed to attract them specifically.
