I Need a Custom Featured Posts Rotator Wordpress Plugin

I need a custom wordpress plugin for a featured posts rotator. I have a wordpress blog at <[login to view URL]> and the top post box, currently Post 5, will be the slot space for the featured posts rotator. This rotator will rotate 5 different posts that I will have marked as featured posts and which will be changed frequently. The content on the rotator box includes an image to the left and text to the right, and a link.... I want the rotator to be able to show and rotate everything inside the red segmented coupon frame.... (the share/save button not necessarily unless it is simple to do) The link that reads "Get this giveaway>>" inside the red frame should function at the time of post impression.... I other words, as the featured posts rotate, user will be able to click on the link of the post being shown and access that post from the rotator... Let me know if you have further questions...
