PHP Code Bug Fixer

The person for this job needs to be excellent with the following skills: php, linux and WHM/cPanel You must have excellent English language skills as well. It should be your first language. We have created a site cloning system that takes a group of related existing sites and clones it for multiple users under different domain names. It creates separate web pages on four different domain names for every new user. It also sets up multiple opt-in pages that add leads to a multi user autoresponder that we have on our site (ContactorPlus). There is an admin page giving access to all of the pages for each user and an interface to work with them. There is also a way for them to access cpanel from their admin page. The sites are originally set up using a Site Builder Wizard. It allows the user to go online, pick and register their four domain names, enter their user names, address, phone, email, etc. and then contact us and ask us to "activate" their sites. All we have to do is click one link in the Master Admin page and it will activate the sites and build them. One of the sites that is cloned is a Real Estate Listing site that allows our users to list the properties they have for sale. Behind the scenes on this listing site is what we call the "Datafeed" system. It allows all the different users to share listings if they choose to do so. There is a way set up for users to pick from the available listings and then have the site automatically send a "share" request to the owners of the listings they request. If the owners approve the request, the listings then start showing up on the requesting user's listing site. ## Deliverables We recently lost a bit of data due to an improper backup system and have done some rebuilding, but our main coder has been tied up on another project and cannot spend time fixing this one. Although he will be available to direct the new coder along the right path, you must be able to go in and see what is going on yourself with very minimal help from him. You must also be extremely detail oriented and be willing to look for ways to improve upon this system. Although it all works, there are some things that were not created as cleanly as we would have liked. If you would like our list of bugs and problems that we would like to have fixed in the build process of these sites, please let me know. I will send you a short document with them outlined. We also have a short list of upgrades and improvements that we would like to add to the system. I'll send those as well. Before I send this, I'd like to know that you can communicate with me and get a sense that you know what you are doing. Please write and tell me if you've ever worked on a project like this before. Also, this is a real estate investing site, so any experience you have with real estate listings or investments would be helpful. Feel free to ask any questions you feel are pertinent.
