[login to view URL] will be a Website developed for the sole purpose of people / individuals worldwide sharing their ideas, thoughts and inventions with everyone else and mainly targeting companies and investors. It will benefit companies who are looking for the next big idea or product and it will also allow them to post projects ads to solicit solutions, suggestions, and advice from the consumers who use their products. At the same time, the site will cater for companies and investors for seek solutions and feedback for there products and services. Users can review Ads posted by other inventors and projects posted by companies and post feedback comments/suggestions to them accordingly. Companies who post a project can offer a compensation for the suggestions that were posted by the users to that specific project. The compensation amount will be visible on the Project Ad. If a company chooses a comment or suggestion, they must compensate that person accordingly. For example, If a company needs suggestions on a new slogan for an existing product, their Project Ad could look like this: Coca Cola Co. is looking for a new slogan for their drink. Winner will receive $500. 1) All Users ( Individuals and Companies ) can visit the site and browse ideas through Countries and Categories. To Post an Idea on the site, the user must sign up and register. A verification email gets sent to the users email account, user verifies there email address and there account is created on the site immediately. The users can now log in and post Ideas/Inventions or Ad Projects on the site. Once the users submits the Idea/Ad, its gets published automatically. 2) On the Ad/Idea forms, users can enter a brief, vague description of there post without disclosing full details on there actual invention. ( This of course would mean each user structuring there ad properly ) Additionally on the Idea posting Form, the user can enter more details such as: if the poster has a patent, patent pending, or no patent. if the poster has a prototype or actual products for sale. If they have product for sale, they should list how consumers can purchase the product. a link to their website if they have one. list companies who they think would be interested in their idea If the users enters this information together with there brief description, it will appear on the ad below the description accordingly. At the end of the Idea posting page, users can opt to have there Ad Featured. If they do this, they will be directed to a checkout ( PayPal ) to pay for there Featured Ad. Featured Ideas and Projects will appear under the featured category situated in clear view of the homepage. 3) When companies/investors or representatives of such visit the site, they can access the quick search box and simply enter there company name OR a Keyword and hit Search. Any Idea Ad on the site that has information connected with that Company or a certain product will show up within the search results for viewing. The search will list results with that company's name first followed by the Keyword for a certain product. 4) The website will be international so that everyone from around the world can post their ideas online. All members / users can manage their ideas by logging in to their account. Once logged in, users can view any responses that they receive from other members. An Internal messaging system will be integrated for member to member communication. The user can manage their Idea ads online as well. They can modify content, Repost the ad ( ads will run for 30 days), and delete an ad. When a member opts to communicate with another member through the internal messaging system, an acknowledgment form appears stating the terms of a standard disclosure contract. If the members agrees to the terms by checking the I Agree box, they can continue to post there message to the other party. Members can than communicate with each other from there on. They user will receive an email stating that they had a response from an interested party. 5) On the site, on the far right column, a list will appear called "World of Ideas" It will list all the countries around the world and cities in the US through a javascript bases Drop Down. Each Country or City will have a counter next to it to identify how many idea ads are posted in that location. 6) The site will include: a featured page: for both Idea Adz and Project Adz a top 10 ideas module which will appear on the left column a top 10 latest postings to appear on the homepage internal content below top menu. All of the above will be classed by User ratings and time of posting. Also a t-shirt page to purchase t-shirts online. Advertise with us page, a patent attorney page where attorneys can list their services for a small fee. All categories on [login to view URL] will appear to the bottom of the homepage. 7) The website theme will be based slightly with a mix of [login to view URL] and inventnow.com. Site will be simple and easy to understand and navigate with lots of whitespace. The sites will have Icons as there Top Menus instead of Tabs. The design concept will basically be a clean Web 2.0 design standards. The homepage will cater for the 2 departments separated from each other and situated side by side: Individuals Ideas and Companies Projects as outlined above. It will include: Top 10 recently posted projects adz from Companies Top 10 recently posted Ideas adz from individuals Banner locations -- To the TOP RIGHT of the site Logo ( For Featured Ads ) -- Below the World of Ideas dropdown box -- Below the Homepage content area. The color schemes we will use are light blues, light greys, light orange for emphasis, lime green for icons, and white.
