script needed: transfer data from .txt and paste into .jpg

i have multiple .txt files, that containt text that i have to transfer over to a template image file, which is ([login to view URL]) filename of each .txt is product name,s o i would need this on left hand side of image going sideways. text should go in center along with price. you can see how i want to finished product in [login to view URL] .txt files are structures the same way, some .txt files have fewer/more rows than others, so bot/script has to be tailored to accomodate all rows in image template.
