WHMCS configuration and maybe installation on WebSitePane!

Hi guys, the WebSitePanel is installed on my VPS and also WHMCS is installed and integrated with WebSitePanel but i have some error ! User hosting accounts can't be created automatically after order ! I really don't know what can be the problem the other guy who was try to help me with this error is really good system admin but he didn't know what was the problem so i need some expert who is already installed WHMCS with WebsitePanel at least 10 times i think he will know how to fix this ! So i need someone to fix that error , to create email templates in WHMCS for WebSitePanel (that my customers can get account details after they order) and to check invoice messages is it work good and if not to fix that!
