Database Needed ASAP (members area, PayPal, admin and autoresponder capabilities.)

We need a members login for our site as well as PayPal, admin and autoresponder capabilities. We first need a login area for our site. For new accounts, we want to capture the clients name, email, and their desired password. They should NOT be able to log right in until their free trial thru Paypal has been set up... however if they do not signup for the free trial, we still want their name and email to appear in our admin database. Admin area should function as follows: We want access to all clients info (name, email, password, date of sign up), as well as the option to deactivate their account at anytime (clients who do not sign up for the free trial should have their account deactivated immediatly but their info should not be deleted until they opt out in a broadcast email). Auto responder should function as follows: We need to be able to broadcast email to all of our clients in an administrative area. Also, we want to pull the first name of the client into the subject and body of the email with a tag such as [!firstname]. For example: Hi [!firstname], check out this site. We need to be able to remove an email address at anytime and an email search to manually find an account. We also need an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails, which will automatically remove the clients email address from our database. We also need to be able to send a large volume of emails... we had a previous freelancer set up an autoresponder and it didn't work (kept crashing). We would also like no more than 2000 emails sent per hour when we send a broadcast email. We will show you our site once you bid on the project. Provider must have a great history of database work.
