Need simple auto installer for custom script

Hello, We need a simple auto installer script . Here is how it should work, user provides ftp information ,path to install , mysql database username,password and database name and license key number . the script updates this information to the config file , then uploads the files to the users server using ftp , then executes a php file on the server which then populates the sql database with the sql file we have. its a simple script to make , probably just one file ,we dont need license validation as our system validates the domain the script its installed on. you must make a single php file which is uploaded to the clients server and when executed install the script on their site.
